Texas Instruments' model UCC27325DGN is a gate drive IC that is a high-speed dual MOSFET driver that provides 4A peak source current and 4A peak sink current to provide the most needed high-efficiency MOSFET drive in the Miller flat region. A unique mixed bipolar and MOSFET output stage is paralleled for efficient current sourcing and sinking at low supply voltages. Combinations of 3 standard logic options are available - dual inverting, dual non-inverting, one inverting and one non-inverting. The input thresholds are based on TTL and CMOS, independent of supply voltage, and feature wide input hysteresis for excellent noise immunity. The UCC27325DGN is available in standard SOIC-8(D) or PDIP-8(P) packages as well as a thermally enhanced 8-pin PowerPAD MSOP package (DGN), which greatly reduces thermal resistance for improved long-term reliability.
