Micron releases UFS 4.0 mobile solution: helping smartphones achieve faster response times

Micron releases UFS 4.0 mobile solution

Micron UFS 4.0 doubles the performance with sequential read speeds of up to 4300 MBps and sequential write speeds of up to 4000 MBps, providing a better experience for data-intensive applications. In addition, the solution introduces several proprietary firmware update features, such as High Performance Mode (HPM), One-Button Refresh (OBR), and Zoned UFS (ZUFS), to further elevate mobile flash storage standards and keep smartphones running smoothly at all times state.
