ULN2003AIDR (TI high voltage transistor) pin diagram and parameter introduction

ULN2003AIDR is a Texas Instruments high voltage transistor consisting of 7 NPN Darlington pairs with high voltage outputs with common cathode clamping diodes for switching inductive loads.

The collector current rating for a single Darlington pair is 500mA. Connecting Darlington pairs in parallel provides greater current. Includes relay drivers, hammer drivers, lamp drivers, display drivers (LED and gas discharge), line drivers and logic buffers.

ULN2003AIDR

ULN2003AIDR is specifically designed for use with 14V to 25V PMOS devices. Each input of the ULN2003AIDR has a Zener diode and resistor in series to control the input current within a safe range. The ULN2003AIDR has a 2.7kΩ series base resistor per Darlington pair and can operate directly with TTL or 5V CMOS devices.

The ULN2003AIDR features a 10.5kΩ series base resistor, allowing operation directly from CMOS devices using supply voltages from 6V to 15V. The input current required by the ULN2003AIDR is less than that of the ULx2003A device, and the required voltage is less than the voltage required by the ULN2003AIDR.
