It can generate PWM waveforms, variable duty cycle, variable switching frequency, and phase shift control suitable for power electronic switching devices in all operating modes.

The working process of the APM32F407 communication power supply scheme is as follows:

The ADC module of APM32F407 obtains digital signals of the AC input voltage Vac-LN, current Ig, and bus voltage Vdc current OCP of the PFC unit, and obtains LLC level output voltage Vout current and Iout digital signals through isolation sampling.

The above digital signals, supported by the powerful floating-point operation capability of the APM32F407 core, achieve loop calculation and logic control functions of PFC and LLC units within a single sampling cycle.

The loop calculation results are output through the advanced timer module of APM32F407, which outputs the PWM waveform of the PFC unit's constant switching frequency varying duty cycle, as well as the PWM waveform of the LLC unit's constant duty cycle varying switching frequency. Ultimately, the power factor improvement and boost function of the PFC unit, as well as the LLC unit's stable output voltage and response to load transient changes, are achieved.
